Stub implementations for SHUpdateImageA, SHHandleUpdateImage,
SHObjectProperties, SHGetNewLinkInfo{A,W}, SHStartNetConnectionDialog,
SHEmptyRecycleBin{A,W}, SHFormatDrive, SHQueryRecycleBin{A,W}.
'HeapAlloc can fail' fix for ExtractIconExA.
Implement ExtractAssociatedIconA -> W.
Correct prototype for SHObjectProperties.
Forward SHGetNewLinkInfo to SHGetNewLinkInfoA.
