- added debug - implemented fake midi & performance channels - implemented some IDirectMusic*8* functions where IDirectMusic* equivalent exists - IDirectMusic*8 interfaces can now be obtained from IDirectMusic interfaces (QueryInterface...) - channel-related performance functions are kinda implemented now
