- added some defines around the CommPort (PURGE_XXX and MS_XXX_ON)
- added the DLGTEMPLATE and DLGITEMTEMPLATE structures
- added the function definition for StartPage,EndPage,GetCommMask,
	GetCommModemStatus and PurgComm,WaitCommEvent.
