Fix handling of the '--with-wine-xxx' options: only look in the
specified path.
Libraries and wine dlls are separate notions that need separate paths
-> add WINE_DLL_{ROOT,PATH}, --with-wine-dlls and a '-P' option.
Small fixes to the search order.
