comctl32: header: Correct HDN_GETDISPINFO. Use it during drawing. Improve HEADER_SendHeaderDispInfoNotify and rename it to HEADER_PrepareCallbackItems. The new HEADER_FreeCallbackItems frees the buffers allocated by it. GetItemT and DrawItem calls these functions.
