- documented most of the undocumented functions in nt.c
- implemented RtlGetDaclSecurityDescriptor
- stubs for NtEnumerateKey, NtOpenSymbolicLinkObject, NtQueryKey
- stubs for NtRaiseException, RtlRaiseException (this both will crash)
