winedbg: Hardware breakpoints
- implemented hardware assisted breakpoints (new 'hbreak' command
  which behaves just as 'break' command)
- small improvements to break handling (saving hit xpoint across
  exception handling)
- fixed 'cont N' command for watchpoints
