- renamed winmm.OpenDriverW into winmm.OpenDriver
- replaced all inter-DLL calls (msacm and msvideo) to OpenDriverA with
  OpenDriver (unicode form)
- as a consequence, driver name handling in msacm is now mostly
  unicode
- moved UserYield16 and UnMapLS call out of the 32bit part of winmm
