Update the modemn status bit that indicates whether the RLSD line is active in every call to GetCommError(). This is not the proper place, but since wine doesn't do any event-stuff... Fixed some TRACE call's faced with non zero terminated strings. Restore the terminal state at CloseCommt to the state it was at OpenComm(), so the modem will go off-hook.
